Commissions

Rosie McGurran has completed many commissions, portraits, landscapes and figurative works. She works closely with the commissioner to deliver exactly the work they want. This process begins with the client deciding what size, price and type of work they would like. Once this is agreed a deposit of 20% of the agreed price is paid and a timeline for completion and delivery of the work is decided. A recent commission of a client’s home was agreed in July 2010, the artist then researched the information needed by photographing and sketching the subject. A small image was made, then the final piece was completed. The client received an e-mail of this image and agreed that it was what they wanted, the work was framed and then delivered to the client.  This process enables the artistand the client to collaborate on input with making the art work. Work can be delivered worldwide.
